The Murder of Roger Ackroyd

The murder of Roger Ackroyd is considered as the masterpiece of Agatha Christie. It is one of my favourite A C's novels because it is impossible to find a clue, which can indicate the murderer in this novel. Very shrewdly and efficiently she wrote the narration. According to me not only the plot is good in this novel but also the writing is excellent.

M. Hercule Poirot went to leave in the village named King's Abbot and was growing vegetable marrows after retiring from his job.

A Mrs. Ferrars was died on the night of the 16th-17th September and his lover Mr. Roger Ackroyd was murdered on the very next day after the dinner by a Tunis dagger, which was gifted him from his friend Mojor Blunt.

No one suspected the killer until Flora Ackroyd, the niece of the murdered called M. Hercule Poirot to solve this case.
